Here's a good recipe for those with bolting lettuces & a Lovage plant in their gardens,

here's the link. My lovage plants are not doing well this year, they are much smaller than usual. I think the very dry spring & early summer caused this. 


*** I would not use as many lovage leaves, especially so late in the summer as they develop a very strong taste. In the early spring the small leaves are perfect.
