When re-organising & cleaning my fridge I found a collection of rather elderly pieces of cheese so I have been looking for ways of using them up. This recipe looks promising.

However I know I will go on searching for other options so I have extended the title of this thread.  If you have any favourite recipes do add them as there are a lot of little nubs of cheese....! roll_eyes

I never have left over bits of cheese as my cats love the stuff so always get the little bits left!

Hattie, the biscotti look good, and would make a welcome change to shop-bought snacks.

"How do you spell 'Love'?" (Piglet).

"You don't spell it, you feel it" (Pooh).

'A hug,' said Pooh 'is always the right size!'

I usually give my left over rinds etc to the chickens but these bits were a bit larger than normal so they didn't get them.

I agree Val. I love cheesy things....I think these would be great dipped into soups.

...... or served with a dip - garlic; or sour cream and chive.....

(I've printed off the recipe - have some friends arriving next week, might be good to make beforehand)

cheers
