Now here is a tasty, easy soup for this time of the year, the story is funny too.....plus you get a play-list to listen to while you cook.  What more can you ask.......Ah!.....Yes, it tastes great too.

I love this guy's cooking & writing style as well as his blogged recipes...he makes me laugh as I cook.  laugh

Sounds delish.....but as soon as the weather turns hot, I don't want to eat soups confused.  I always associate soup with autumn/winter.  Yes, I know there are light and/or chilled soups, but they just don't appeal to me so I've never tried one.

I love his story of what his grandmother said about the soup he'd so lovingly made her big_laugh

I have always eaten soups, whatever the season. I love thin soups especially....I agree thick soups seem to be more winter-ish.  Still everyone is different, thank goodness ! laugh

My interest in food has returned (as you can see) now I am over that violent stomach virus. I just remain a bit tired & floppy at times, but I am sleeping better at night now. I hate feeling yawn all the time.

Ooh, I love soup, any time of year, especially when they contain bacon and cabbage. Loves me my cabbage!  Thanks for the link Hattie, that will give me something to look at when bored.  (As if I need another blog to read...).

I'll try that again!

Nice spot, Hattie. I like his style and his articles. Bookmarked!

But the link for his playlist said "page not found" - sob cry

Never knowingly underfed
