Where did you find the eucalyptus, Janet - I presume it was the leaves that you used?

Did you make up the recipe, or is it available - sounds like a really good one?

"How do you spell 'Love'?" (Piglet).

"You don't spell it, you feel it" (Pooh).

'A hug,' said Pooh 'is always the right size!'

Fortunately one of the gardens I do has a large Eucalyptus tree and I asked if I could have a few twigs, they said I could take as much as I liked, but they were shortly getting a tree surgeon in to cut the top out of the tree, so I was welcome to that too, got loads at the time as the anti viral jam had eucalyptus in it too. see here for recipe for the anti-viral Jam, it calls it something different (Eucalyptus & Elderberry Jelly), but in the James wong book which I borrowed from the library it was labelled as anti-viral jam.

I'm sure I made the cordial recipe from one of his books as well, but I can't find it on t'internet, and oddly, I've not written it down in my little book. I'll see if the books are 'in' next time I go to the library.

Eucalyptus is very easy from seed (plant world seeds or chiltern seeds ) grows  fast and goes well at boot fairs . Not good for chainsaws tho. not called gum trees for nothing .wave

Seed catalogues are responsible for more unfulfilled fantasies than the web and playboy combined . (after Michael Perry)

Someone's looking after you, Joanna. smile

When that happens, don't you feel really blessed? Very comforting feeling.

I do indeed feel blessed, added to which the drive on the way there was gorgeous as the fields were sparkling as if someone had scattered some very large diamonds over it. Beautiful!
