After upgrading the blog to the current version on WordPress (3.5) last week, a problem appeared whereby the comments after a blog post appeared over the article making it unreadable. It seems that it only happens on articles with a large number of comments like the Last Minute Christmas Cake recipe.

Today I rolled it back to the previous version but that did not fix the problem. So later on I will roll up my sleeves and delve into the code. I am quite rusty but it will do my brain good.

Over Christmas week I will also upgrade this forum software. That should fix the problems that TA and others have reported, like issues reading or responding to certain PMs.

I know that for many this forum is a big part of the daily routine. Inevitably there will be glitches during the upgrade. But please bear with it and we should all enjoy a better user experience when we emerge at the other end.

I will give advance warning so you know when work will start.

Never knowingly underfed

Ditto to Hattie's message - but don't beat yourself about with it, take some time out to enjoy your Christmastime.  big_hug

"How do you spell 'Love'?" (Piglet).

"You don't spell it, you feel it" (Pooh).

'A hug,' said Pooh 'is always the right size!'
