Today, after a couple of days away, I tried to log in using the tab in firefox that I keep open, and reappears every time I boot the computer, and couldn't get in. Error 403.

After a couple of times I closed the firefox tab, opened another one, and could log in.

I'm not a geek, so don't understand it at all.

Welcome back, David.

403 – Access forbidden – does not make sense to me either on a log-in screen

Had your screen been open at, say, your profile update screen, and your cookie expired since you last visited, that would make sense.

However, all's well that ends well. Wink

Odd, yesterday. The text on my browser got smaller to the point where it was almost unreadable. I went into the properties thingy and increased it to maximum which helped. It happenned yesterday whilst I was out. It isn't anything to do with screen resolution, I checked that immediately and it was only in my Internet Explorer browser.

So switched off when I went to bed, puzzled.

Fired the computer up this morning and it all is back to normal so I now I have reduced the text size back to medium and I am left wondering what that was all about.

Will see if the same thing happens today.
