I bought this pair of fingerless mittens for myself from a craft stall but couldn't try them on at the time.  My hand measures 6.5 inches around and the mittens are 8.5 inches around and they are too long for my fingers to use the keyboard.  So if anyone wants them, let me know.

They are hand knitted but I'm uncertain if the yarn is natural or man-made.

I'll try that again!

They look brilliant and I can understand why you bought them.

I would love to say yes please but considering it's Christmas can I make a suggestion.  Without wanting to offend her in any way I think Kayerunrig might appreciate these to cheer her up in some small way considering the crappy time she is currently having.

I accept others may also be having less then good times but Kaye is so matter of fact and 'this is situation let's get on with it' that she puts little problems into their proper perspective (at least for me).

Failing is not a fault, refusing to try is

Good idea Tracey, but I would need to know if they would be useful to her or even if they'd fit.

I'll try that again!

I think you could send them anyway - she would be really pleased with them, I'm sure!

Well any way, does anyone want these mittens or must I donate them to the Hospice shop?

I'll try that again!
