We always buy lots of fresh cranberries when they are in the stores just before Christmas then freeze them for using later in the year. Got four packets from ASDA this year.
My wife always wants cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving when they are impossible to obtain in the UK.
We also have lots of dried (Sainsburys) as a backup, just in case.

And it was just yesterday that I was talking about finding a really good use for cranberries! Friends of ours just bought a cranberry bog (cranberries grow well here on Cape Cod), so I have access to a steady supply.

Now, if only I had a supply of apple chili pulp ... I'll have to improvise.

Shelley, we never used to see cranberries here either, but recently the dried-fruit stall in our market has started selling dried ones, along with a few other varieties of dried fruit we never used to see.

Or if you have a Grand Frais near you, they may stock them. It's a fantastic shop for fruit and veg!
