		<description>My husband and I have been making pork pies for the last couple of years, we have come a long way in that time. With a lot of tweaking we now have the recipe that suits us. We invested in three pork pie dollies as we wanted them to look as authentic as we could. We found the art of using dollies is to cool the hot water mix for a good couple of hours in the fridge, it makes the pastry far more manageable.

It is all great fun.

		<description>I&#039;ve got my pigs feet boiling as they have been for the last 3 hours, i decided to make a batch of pork pies. belly pork and pig cheek. and a bit of bacon. will report back the results and pictures. i do have a very well seasond pastry. does anyone think its worth cooking some before to try it?</description>
