kept a look out for him tonight but he didnt return; will try for a photo if he does!

 

by the way i have never known any animal to produce soooo much poo as a chicken!surprised

I love the ducks, they are comical they way they behave and I love the way they drape their necks across my arm when I pick them up. I would miss them too if I didn't have them.

MUM had ducks geese and peacocks; ducks and geese very messy peacocks unbelievably loud!

wave  I had a peahen who appeared one day and stayed with me for about three years living with the hens and ducks.  I used to call to her and she would answer me.  Glad there was no one around to hear me. big_laugh   One day she just disappeared, went looking for a mate on Bute I suspect.  But oh she was a noisy, messy bird!!!

Peacocks have a reputation for running away which I couldn't cope with! Love the idea of them though.
