I don't have very much electrical equipment Mike, toaster and kettle are pretty much it.  I saw a thing for doing toaster sandwiches in Tesco, yesterday, it looked like mesh and it was in a flat piece that you can cut to size.  I didn't buy it though as I am just as happy putting sarnies in a dry frying pan and cooking them on the gas.

I'll try that again!
