The only exception I make to that is that the oldest Indian restaurant in England was established in 1926.  Other than that, it is right and we were not allowed to eat in the street then either.

I'll try that again!

On a slightly related note - I bought a pack of asda courgettes and the cooking instructions on the back said to boil them. Ah the good old days of british cooking... whistle

Memories of when I was slim enough to do this…

Just got back from the UK and a camping, or better described as 'glamping' holiday with my daughter and co....airbeds, two cookers, toasting fork for the marshmallows and fairy lights for the tent and gazebo.  Lots of stored memories....winkwink

For those who spend their time stuck in traffic, here's an afternoon shift on my daily run condensed down to a couple of minutes. Even the busy parts are stress free.

Well done!  Don't you have to drive on the left all the time in Suffolk? wink

I'll try that again!

I accept your excuse!  It reminded me of driving in Malta, there they drive in the shade...

I'll try that again!

Nice video. Some of those quaint villages look too small to fit a bus through!
