It's been sunny here this morning, but its now clouding over and looking like rain.  Again.  Its rained so much here over the last weeks, the fence at the bottom of my garden is wobbling, the posts are coming loose as the soil is so soft and we've had so many brisk winds.  I am seriously fed up of the rain, I haven't seen my allotment in 2 weeks because of Xmas and the weather, and I also have loads of DIY jobs to finish off outside but they all need it to STOP BL**DY RAINING before I can get on with them. steamyellaarghangry

Showers off and on all morning, and it looks like it will rain again soon. We had about half our usual amount of rain last year (sorry Danuta!) but about 1/4 of the annual total fell in December. eeek

Best day of the year so far !!!

Sunny, clear blue sky, bit nippy but good walking weather and that is just what we have been out doing.

I have reached an age where my train of thought often leaves the station without me...

cool Still very sunny but the wind is getting up. I didn't realise earlier how much rain we had overnight; all the water dishes dotted around the garden were full to overflowing.

We had very bright sun all day long but the flags flying were straight out from the flagpole, the breeze was that stiff.  6C most of the day.

I'll try that again!

Wind rose overnight so it's a bit blowy but dry and about 8 degrees.
