Does anyone have a recipe or guidance on how to make these?
Kassler ribs or chops are basically smoked pork ribs or chops, however before I try to recreate this at home I was wondering if anyone here has any experience of making these?
I presume the ribs/chops will need to be brined before smoking, but it is possible they get some sort of marinade as well - any ideas?
