Yes wrap tightly in cling film, and cover than with aluminum paper, and freeze, when you want to use them, just remove from the freezer chest, take off the aluminum paper, and allow to thaw in the frig, overnight is fine

Eileen, that started me thinking about clafoutis (yum) and found this recipe - although I'm sure you already have your own tried and tested recipe.
It is a bit different to the ones I have made, but am happy to try another ...
