I'll start with this sort of substitute for fudge. It only works straight from the freezer and is probably heavily loaded with calories (I'm afraid to look) but at least it's good fats and protein and less bad sugar.

The same site has lots of ideas for healthier treats so it's worth exploring if you're trying to be good despite a sweet tooth.
I did find the Raw Chocolate Bark quite satisfying but again it needs to be eaten soon after leaving the fridge or freezer.
