True!

It is now finished, and I'm really pleased with it - worked out better than I had anticipated. brightsparklystuff

I did say that I'd finished the wall-hanging ... but decided that I don't want it as a wall-hanging, but the centre of a quilt top, so added a strip of pale green around the edge. Then I thought of adding something else.

So I decided to tackle another unknown pattern. Seminole pattern. I have made all the strips in readiness, and worked on two sides so far - it's fiddly, but the achievement ok , I'm chuffed that I've not only managed to do it, but it looks good too !!

Thank you Iris, very kind of you to say! big_hug

Sue, as I know you can crochet, and very well, I am sure that if you were to try it (and enjoyed doing it) you would be just the same as me. For sure. ok

Somehow I align this with crochet - I'm currently crocheting some more leg-warmers in the evenings, and it suddenly seems that I have crocheted sufficient rows to finish off.

It's just the same with these quilting things. Can you imagine when I had cut these little strips, I looked at the pile of them - there must have been about 60 of them *, but the time sewing them seemed a lot faster than I expected. And what a pretty outcome, too. I'm still chuffed - can you tell!! big_laugh

* still more to prepare, too.
