How to make your own super calcium
supplement
- Wash some empty eggshells in warm
water and let them dry- Break them into small pieces and grind
them to into a fine powder. Coffee
grinders work best but a blender or even a
pestle and mortar will do. Store the
powder in an airtight jar.- Mix 1/2 teaspoon of powdered eggshell
with the juice of half a freshly squeezed
lemon. The solution will start to bubble and foam.- Leave at room temperature for 6-12 hours
and that's it! It's ready to take.
Half a teaspoon of eggshell gives you about
400mgs or calcium citrate, which is the
recommended amount you should take each day.

I'll try that again!
I keep my egg shells and have ground them down into a powder, Must have over 1.5kg's so far. One medium sized eggshell makes about one 1/2 of a teaspoon of powder, which yields about 750 - 800 mgs of elemental calcium plus other microelements, i.e. magnesium, boron, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum, sulphur, silicon, zinc, etc. There are 27 elements in total. The composition of an eggshell is very similar to that of our bones and teeth. You can use any kind of eggs chicken, goose, duck, but best is organic or certified organic eggs from free range birds. 1/2 teaspoon equals approximately 400 mgs of elemental calcium.About 1/4-1/2 teaspoon each day is recomended
i wonder if you can eat snail shells
