Well, I actually started back on the Plan yesterday, there was really no good reason not to!

So, Saturday's food:-

Breakfast - 1 cup Earl Grey tea with splash of Lactofree milk, 2 eggs scrambled with a knob of butter

Lunch - Roasted butternut squash, aubergine, yellow courgettes and asparagus with EVOO, lemon juice and smoked paprika, 3 rashers grilled bacon, 1 cup coffee with milk

Supper - 4 rice cakes topped with canned tuna mashed with natural yogurt, lemon juice & black pepper, with little gem lettuce and sliced tomatoes, Earl Grey tea

Lots of water throughout the day.

So happy to be back on it, I want to feel well again!

Hi Sue, so glad you are back on it, you will soon feel better & have more energy etc.

Is your Earl grey decaffeinated, if not I found Twinings (teabags) do one & it is delicious. I can't tell the difference. I just wish they did Lapsong as well. I like a choice of teas as I drink it weak & black & very often. smile

Thank you ladies big_hug

No, the tea isn't decaf Nadine.  I'm just drinking the normal stuff, not bothering with decaf any more.

wave  I have totally fallen by the wayside as far as Harcombe is concerned. embarassed   Since my delicious indulgence of my night out on Friday, I have not stuck to the eating plan.  I have not been too naughty, but not sticking to Harcombe principles.  For example, I had white rice last night along with egg curry!!!!!

wave Hi Danuta,

We all fall by the wayside occasionally....I know I do !  big_laugh

My weight just seems to yo-yo up & down.....this is why I hate those wretched scales, they ruin my days. I spend too much time worrying about the results. I was a lot happier not weighing myself every week. I might go back to that again & only do it every month.

I hope you don't mind me popping in - I don't know much about smallholdings but I do know quite a lot about the Harcombe diet !

If you've got any questions, let me know.

Sorry about that – I've lost 3 stone doing the Harcombe diet, I've been eating this way for the last 2 1/2 years. I'm a Super Member on the Harcombe diet forum & I stumbled across this thread when I was googling something on there !

It's wonderful to see the word spreading.

PS I seem to be having a bit of difficulty with quotes !
