whilst sorting out the cupboard this morning I came across a jar of chilli sherry that I put away last April, it's a very simple recipe,just blitz a load of chillies in the blender, then add a bit of fino sherry, blitz again,,pour into a large jar, top up with fino sherry, put on a lid and then shake once a day for about a week, then when you remember for a the next few weeks, filter and bottle up, use as you would Tabasco.
anyway I filtered it, tasted it, burnt my tongue, bottled it up, and then made some more, this time it's chilli, ginger and garlic, must remember this time to bottle it up sooner.
