Does anyone have a favourite rhubarb chutney recipe, please? I'd like to use up the last rhubarb sticks which are not suitable for desserts but I don't like consigning them to the compost heap. I've found a number of recipes online but would prefer to use a tried an tested version. I don't have room in the freezer to store them until later. Here's hoping you inventive and helpful people will be able to assist.

I'll try that again!
Thanks for the replies. I'm afraid I was too impatient to wait for responses when I couldn't enter the CS site so I went ahead and used recipes from the net. I'm not good at following recipes to the letter so I tinkered with the spices suggested and amalgamated two recipes into one. The result is a piquant chutney which is supposed to be allowed 3 months to mature. My OH did the taste test and approves so if no-one else likes it, we'll be left to eat our way through 6 jars!
