Just picked some rowen berries i will do some jams and wine of corse medicineJades friends have just turned up so i can start on the wine ( battries on charge for the rockery TA ).

I picked Rowan berries today too. Mine will be for making juice, supposed to be really good for sore throats

That sound interesting may have to look into that, did make some plum juice boy that was scrummy  have still got the skin and flesh left so may use that for a small jam.

 

Picked some haw berries and may will do a wine but also some fritters need to look into that,

and other uses, i want to learn as much as possible from what you can pick and eat/drink. it,s so addivtive forageing. i_am_hungry medicine

Found wild sorrel yesterday, all round my blackcurrants - whoops! Maybe that should be on a foraging thread but then again you started it Mutley tongue
