What is best type of sugar to use in quince jelly?  I have done well using preserving sugar for other fruits.

Hello Glenna

Ordinary granulated sugar is best. Load of pectin in quince so it sets very easily.

Thanks very much.  I will be trying your quince jelly and membrillo recipes over the weekend.
