Danny, I'm not at home at the mo, dog sitting for a few days for a friend, but I've just had a browse on the internet and think I've found the recipe, if you type KEN HOM BEIJING LAMB into google search, the first link it brings up for me is purple pumpkin blog, and it would appear to be the same recipe, although rather long winded with lots of arty pictures, I can scan the recipe when I get home and send you it otherwise.

I don't think at the time I made it that I knew it was Ken Hom, as I think it's a magazine clipping in my recipe book.

it is lovely though, I made it on the slow cooker and left it cooking all day rather than doing it on the stove.
