Last night the OH forgot to come and get me!  So I had sardines and tomatoes and a few leaves of the only lettuce that came up in my seed tray.  He won't forget me tonight though!Steam

Anyway back to the topic.

I made some  mushroom soup the other day.  Tonight I have cooked pheasant breasts with red onion courgettes, red pepper, mushrooms and fennel root.  I've made a sauce by adding some soured cream and garlic to the liquidised mushroom soup.  It seems to have worked and the overall flavour of  the dish is good.  I'm going to serve it with rice.
