Hello I am new to this but looking forward to taking part. i live in the country and keep goats, some sheep and pigs. All to give me and my family self sufficiency and good food. We also sell some of the products.
I lived in Spain many years ago and have always raved about how wonderful membrillo is so I have just got some quinces as I wanted to make quince jelly as well as membrillo. I have cooked the quince but it hasnt turned pink yet like the recipe says. Any ideas?

sorry dont know about quince cooking and havent a clue about how or why they change colour ,but i bet someone will very soon ,
