One of the organisations that pays to advertise on the blog (a text link) is looking for other blogs on which to advertise.
Blogs with PR3 or higher will be considered.

Lol I had to have a giggle at that I got 2/10, what on earth it measures no idea but thought it was amusing that in all the blogs in the world it still even manages to register at all.
