Danny, I know this was posted back in October, but we're with you on this - there isn't a better kipper that we have tasted (in fact, this morning's breakfast!).

There are occasions when we have run out - and so too have Waitrose - tragedy!

Now, though, depending on the prices, it is possible to get them. Fantastic. Thanks a million!

I'll have to agree that Craster kippers are great. Most supermarket kippers are quite tough by comparison. I'll have to admit though that I'm not a big kipper fan - I find them a bit fiddly to eat. The Robson's shop was the first place where I bought crab claws, which started my appreciation of white crab meat.
