2 tblsp oatbran
1 tblsp wheatbran
2 tblsp fromage frais or natural yoghurt
cook in a non stick frying pan that has been lightly greased , for a couple of mins each side.
you can add herbs for a savoury one , or sweetner, but i usually just top with a little butter and maple syrup, or topped with tuna and mayo, or scrambled egg

Galettes are common here and I love cheese and mushroom in mine. Often have it for lunch when out.
