Sounds delish.....but as soon as the weather turns hot, I don't want to eat soups . I always associate soup with autumn/winter. Yes, I know there are light and/or chilled soups, but they just don't appeal to me so I've never tried one.
I love his story of what his grandmother said about the soup he'd so lovingly made her
learning to love veg…..except celery :-O
I have always eaten soups, whatever the season. I love thin soups especially....I agree thick soups seem to be more winter-ish. Still everyone is different, thank goodness !
My interest in food has returned (as you can see) now I am over that violent stomach virus. I just remain a bit tired & floppy at times, but I am sleeping better at night now. I hate feeling all the time.
