I am about to install these missing features as highlighted by Bob:
The Simple:Press Watches plugin allows users to receive notice of interesting topics whenever they are on your forum. The Watches plugin does not send an email to users on new watched topic posts.
Installing and activating this plugin provides a Watch/Stop Watching button at the bottom of each topic and in the topic reply editor.
It also provides a new button that shows the number of new messages in topics that user is watching and a management feature that lists all the users watched topics and allows you to stop watching multiple topics at once
The Simple:Press Subscriptions plugin allows users to subscribe to interesting topics and receive notices of new replies directly in their email.
Installing and activating this plugin provides a subscribe/unsubscribe button at the bottom of each topic and in the topic reply editor.
It also provides a new button that shows the number of new messages in topics that a user is subscribed to and an user management feature that lists all the users subscribed topics and allows them to unsubscribe from multiple topics at once.

And as spotted by Nadine:
With the Report Post plugin, you can allow users (via permissions) to report posts with questionable content.
Once installed and activated you can setup a list of email addresses that are to receive a reported post in the Simple:Press forum admin page Options – Email Settings.
When someone reports a post with questionable content, this list of email addresses will receive the question post report email.
Before someone can report a post you must turn on the permissions in each of the permission sets from who is allowed to use this feature. When a member is logged in and has permission to report a post there will be a button shown, next to the post, that he can click on to generate a report form. This must be filled in with a comment as to why he is reporting the post.
He can then send the report or cancel and return to the forum.

Added this one that I spotted while going through the list of possible options:
This Simple:Press plugin adds a Post preview option to the editor when adding a new topic post or editing a current topic post.
After installing and activating there are no necessary forum admin options that you must set. All members of the forum who are able to create topics will also be able to use the post preview.
The plugin creates a Preview button next to the submit and cancel buttons. When clicked upon a window opens below the edit window where it shows what the post will look like once submitted.
You can use the preview button multiple times in one post while making changes before finalizing the post.
