There's always one! 
We have a problem with a slow database. It's something I cannot fix.
Waiting for technical support staff to diagnose it and hopefully resolve that problem.
Then I will install the forum software upgrade later on today.

maybe it is just me, the forum loads quickly for the first page, then takes absolutly ages for any other pages, if I go off the forum and back on the first page is quick again and then back to slow. I have noticed if you come on here very early in the morning or late at night no problem.
