One of the good features of our new supplier's offering is a piece of software they install on servers to help prevent hacking attacks.
Typically, a robot system somewhere tries to crack the server's system password continuously. that's why strong passwords are so important - like the ones automatically generated by free sites like this one that we use.
You can Google for:

I have just received an automated email from this anti-hacking software.

Danny , not sure if I may have a connection, but seen on a forum recently (and edited - a bit! ):
Q. So, does anyone know of a way to clean the wax portion off the back of the techspecs?
A. you could try and get some goo-gone and clean off the wax and apply some 3M double sided tape to hold the tech specs down?
Does this answer your question - at all ?
