Gnocchi, made with Sundays mashed potato left overs, with tomato sauce and shredded chicken left overs

Shredded chicken and tomato sauce from last night with macaroni pasta stirred in

Veg soup

Vegetable chilli, using frozen veg. And rice

Hummus and pitas

Boil in the bag fish with carrots, peas and boiled potatoes

Mushrooms, eggs, beans etc

Char grilled veg and grilled polenta maybe salad
