We are moving to a new town soon – what better way to explore the local area than with a picnic?
My fiftieth birthday last week, the Diamond Jubilee this week, New York at the end of July and then the Olympics. What better way to celebrate a very special year.
Great basket-would have to fight off the dog when the contents are devoured though.

What a fabulous prize. I’d like to win it because I love to picnic with my little girl. Everything tastes better off proper plates like these, but the contents look so tempting I’m not sure they could be improved!
I’m going to an open air performance of Richard the third in July. It’s bound to rain so a luxury spread in a sturdy basket for our picnic would be perfect to take with us.
